Cultural Liaison Officer – Townsville

The Cultural Liaison Office will provide essential cultural advice, leadership and guidance to support the development of the CBHFA program and its resources in Australian correctional facilities. The role will provide knowledge and skills as well as cultural competency that will guide the programs adaption to ensure the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander prisoners are met through program delivery.

Applicants must be Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander. This is a special measure under section 105 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 (Qld).
