Miss Tanja Hirvonen is Mount Isa born and is a descendant of the Jaru and Bunaba peoples, and is the Director for Wellbeing at ABSTARR Consulting. Tanja is a registered clinical psychologist currently based in North Queensland and practising across Australia. Tanja holds a double degree in psychology and human resource management. Tanja has a research and clinical background and has extensive experience in working with individuals, families and organisations in regards to social and emotional wellbeing (SEWB), workplace wellbeing and complex trauma. Tanja has board appointments with Australian Indigenous Psychologists Association (AIPA) and with the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Women’s Alliance (NATSIWA) as well as maintaining private clinical practice.
Clinton Schultz is a Gamilaraay man and registered psychologist with a keen interest in holistic wellness, particularly the wellness of workers in health and community services. Clinton is in the process of submitting his PhD titled: Winanga-li-gu (Higher order listening), Guwaa-li-gu (higher order speaking), Maruma-li-gu (higher order healing) Factors of holistic wellbeing for members of the Aboriginal health and community workforce. He is an Assistant Professor with Bond University Medical School, Director of Marumali Consultations and Owner of Sobah beverages.
