2022 NT Academy Graduation

Congratulations to the 2022 NT Aboriginal Health Academy Students and Graduates, who were celebrated and recognised for their achievements at a Graduation and Awards Ceremony

Held at the Rydges Palmerston in Darwin, the evening was hosted by Kylie Stothers, Executive Director Workforce Development and Gabe Oth, NT Senior Program officer from the NT Aboriginal Health Academy (NT Academy), with opening addresses from IAHA and IAHA NT Workforce Development Chairperson, Nicole Turner, and Chief Executive Officer Donna Murray.

The 2022 NT Academy program was a huge success, with 17 of the NT Academy graduates achieving the nationally accredited Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance, with many also completing their Year 12 studies.

The NT Academy students enjoyed the evening, award presentation and graduation ceremonies. With students having shared with the NT team their feelings of having a sense of achievement, of being proud of themselves, recognised and honoured in such a way.

IAHA were honoured to recognise their many achievements in front of family, friends and delegates including NT Administrator, the Hon Vicki Susan O’Halloran AO, Northern Territory Chief Minister, and the Hon Natasha Fyles.

The whole IAHA team are so very proud of these mob!
