The 2023 National Indigenous Allied Health Awards will be held as a gala dinner at the 2023 IAHA National Conference.
The purpose of the IAHA National Indigenous Allied Health Awards is to recognise the contribution of IAHA members to their profession and/or to improve the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
The IAHA National Indigenous Allied Health Awards showcase the outstanding achievements in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander allied health and provide identifiable allied health role models to inspire all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to consider and pursue a career in allied health.
We are calling for nominations of outstanding Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander IAHA members in the following categories:
- Emerging Leader in Indigenous Allied Health Award
- Indigenous Allied Health Professional of the Year Award
- Local Champion Award
- Health Workforce Award
- Indigenous Research Award
- Allied Health Assistant of the Year Award
