Barriers and enablers to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples participation as researchers and leading health research

IAHA have been engaged to lead a project on non-traditional pathways into health research, with a focus on the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health workforce.

For members, this work is intended to improve the availability and quality of supports to enable the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health workforce to pursue research careers and roles, expanding opportunities for personal and professional development and career pathways.

If you’re an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander member of IAHA, who does not already work in a research role, CLICK HERE for more information and to take the survey.
