Pathway into Dentistry, Podiatry or Medicine – APPLY NOW – Advanced Diploma in Medicine and Aboriginal Health Sciences, University of Western Australia


Are you or do you know someone who is an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Worker/Practitioner or enrolled nurse? Ever thought about being a Dentist, Podiatrist or Doctor? This 12 month preparatory course may be for you!!

If you do not have a university degree, are over 20 years of age, have some other relevant qualification, (such as a Cert IV or Diploma of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care), and have 2 years’ experience working in a health-related field, you may be eligible to enrol in an intensive 12 month preparatory course the Advanced Diploma in Medical and Aboriginal Health Sciences. Successful completion of this course will prepare students for entry into postgraduate Medicine (MD) or postgraduate Dentistry (DMD).  It may also provide entry to other postgraduate studies in health related courses.
