Stronger Together IAHA 2026-2031 Strategy Snapshot

As Chairperson of Indigenous Allied Health Australia, I am proud to present our 2026-2031 Strategic Plan – a strategy grounded in culture, built on collective wisdom, and shaped by the aspirations of our members. This strategy is the next step in a journey that began over a decade ago, grounded in our vision of a strong and thriving Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health workforce. As we look to 2031, we do so with clarity of purpose and confidence in our collective strength. This strategy reflects the voices of our members, the wisdom of our Elders, and the aspirations of the next generation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander allied health professionals. It is a living document 4 one that will evolve as we grow, learn, and respond to the changing needs of our communities and the health system.

The IAHA Board of Directors are keen to hear your thoughts on the new strategic plan. Click HERE to provide your feedback.
